Warranty
Motive Force Performance products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. Electronics and electrical components are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers craftsmanship and failures from “normal” use. Modifications, alterations, collisions, or misuse of products are subject to voiding warranty at Motive Force Performance’s discretion. Normal wear is not covered by warranty. Warranty holder must contact Motive Force Performance and receive RMA number to begin claims process. No warranty will be processed without valid RMA number. Motive Force Performance retains the right to void warranty for any reason at their discretion. Warranty only covers failed product and not any resulting damages from failed product. Warranty compensation will be in the form of replacement product unless otherwise stated. Any products not manufactured by, but offered by, Motive Force Performance are subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by that manufacturer and not Motive Force Performance.
Return
Motive force performance utilizes an all sales are final policy. Products may not be returned or purchase funds refunded under normal circumstances. If motive force performance feels the reason for return falls with in the extenuating circumstance category a refund may be issued up to 70% of the original purchase price upon return of item. Items that have been installed are not eligible for any return outside the warranty policy. If there is a fitment or failure issue with the product it will be addressed through our warranty policy.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel an order the cancellation needs to have occured prior to item being received by the parcel handler to receive a full refund. Once an item has been accepted by the parcel handler, cancelations will be handled as a return and subject to the return policy. Funds may take up to five business days to return to purchasers account once an item order has been cancelled. Returned funds will be returned in the same form if the original purchase.
